Job Description


  • Lead and support on Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring pragmatic support to managers.
  • Support on a diverse range of HR projects throughout 2025, including:
    • Building a new career framework
    • Implementing a new HRIS system
    • Developing talent management and performance processes
    • Supporting HR policy and handbook initiatives
  • Implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall team morale.
  • Work closely with Finance team on monthly Payroll submissions
  • Provide support during periods of change, such as organisational restructuring, technology adoption, cultural shifts, or process improvements.
  • Work with managers to set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.
  • Provide ER guidance with empathy and a focus on upskilling managers, proactively addressing concerns to minimise escalations.
    • Support of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) :Guide managers and team members through performance appraisals, ensuring fair, objective evaluations and constructive feedback.


  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, feedback, and suggestions, addressing them appropriately.


  • Collect and analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Head of HR to support strategic decisions at the executive level.
  • Conducting quarterly building risk assessments and H&S committee to ensure compliance and best practice
  • Managing the Facilities & Front of House team
  • Contribute to the development of good HR practice and procedures to drive performance by
    • actively participating and contributing within the function, networking with other colleagues and
    • by maintaining knowledge and understanding of current employment law
  • Conducting quarterly building risk assessments and H&S committee to ensure compliance and best practice

The Successful Applicant

· Demonstrable experience as a People Partner or alternatively a highly experienced People Advisor applying strategic thinking across multiple people-team disciplines, including people operations, employee relations, development, and talent;

· Alternative, experience at manager level in any people-related discipline with a track record of collaboration across multiple people disciplines and working closely with People Partnering

· CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience

· Experience in building trusted relationships with leadership teams and coaching for high performance

· Excellent written & oral communication.

· 'Can-do' attitude - ready to get involved at all times

· Fast learner - adapting to new processes in rapid change climate

· Great attention to detail

· The ability to prioritise, delegate and meet deadlines

· Self-starter & own manager - work autonomously

· Excellent IT skills

· Team player

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Dealing with confidential information using discretion and sensitivity at all times
