As an HR Associate you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of the organisation. Supporting a team of 100-150 employees between Abu Dhabi and New York. As a Generalist you will be expected to provide HR support in different fields.

Job Description



The Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the recruitment and on boarding of top talent for our portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with our values and culture.
  • Support in implementing a new HR Information system, and handling employee training.
  • Create and conduct employee inductions to ensure smooth integration of new joiners
  • Provide guidance and support in employee relations, performance management and learning opportunities.
  • Create and lead initiatives that aim to foster a culture of inclusiveness and positivity in alignment with the company values
  • Support the development of HR processes with the customer experience in mind to ensure a simple yet effective experience for our people
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
  • Being open and proactive with getting involved in projects/tasks aimed to ensure an effective, robust and supportive HR function for our employees in both locations.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will be:

  • Understanding of employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources
  • Commitment to acting in alignment with the company's values of innovation, integrity, and impact at all times.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
    • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD is Plus)
    • Experience working with startups or venture-backed companies is a Plus
