Job Description

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary issues.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and coordinate onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategy.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases (Bright HR and/or Oracle)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience in implementing and delivery people engagement strategies and initiatives.
  • Experience in talent management, succession planning and career development frameworks.
