They are committed to fostering a positive work environment and are recognised for their focus on staff development and community engagement.Job DescriptionSupport the Human Resources team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the organisationAssist in the recruitment, selection and induction of new staffContribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiativesHandle employee relations issues, including managing absence, disciplinary and grievances upto tribunals and appeals.Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and proceduresMaintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesParticipate in HR projects as requiredPromote equality and diversity within the workplaceThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a HR Advisory role and developing People Policies, managing employment related casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes, and delivering a customer focused people advisor service.
