Job Description

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with the wider human resources team to deliver key projects and objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, including grievance and disciplinary matters.
  • Proficiency in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Confidence in working with managers and employees at all levels within the organisation.
  • A positive attitude towards contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
