Job Description

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success and effectiveness of the Human Resources department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and handling Employment Relations (ER) issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
