Job Description



  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases.


  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.


  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.


  • Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance/payroll department.


  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.


  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and reports.


  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.


  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.



The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.


  • Familiarity with HR software and MS Office applications


  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not always required).
