Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing contracts, and organising induction materials.
  • Provide administrative support for HR policies, processes, and documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries and escalate issues as required.
  • Coordinate training schedules and track employee development programmes.
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audit preparations.
  • Ensure HR systems and databases are updated and maintained accurately.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:
