Job Description

  • Manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Engage with residents and community members, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to property management.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of housing policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate in disputes when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Housing Officer should have:
