About Our Client

About Our Client

My client is the largest independent supplier of Construction Materials and Waste Removal in the UK. With over 50 years' experience, my client has developed a comprehensive service driven organisation and operates in the construction, infrastructure and waste sectors.

The business was initially part of another global operator before it became independent, following which it has grown consistently with a turnover of more than £500 million in 2023. The business continues to grow aggressively, through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions and ultimately aims to become a vertically-integrated building materials group.

My client has a very strong, clearly identifiable culture. People are given license to make decisions, politics are eschewed and individuals are judged on results. The business is decisive and extremely fast paced. The culture will suit people who thrive on challenges and working as part of a committed team. My client offers a uniquely stimulating environment.
