With a focus on community development and housing, this organisation has a strong presence in Leeds, providing services in the construction sector that help uplift the local community.Job DescriptionConduct thorough HHSRS housing surveys to identify hazards and determine appropriate remedial actions in compliance with housing standards and legislation.Manage a demanding daily schedule of up to 8 appointments, ensuring all inspections are completed within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Using NAT Fed SORs to raise work orders efficiently on-site using a tablet system.
