You will be working under the supervision of a partner or principal associate, whilst yourself supervising paralegals within the team. The role will include:Case management and progression under partner or principle associate level supervisionSupervision and management of paralegals within the teamReviewing evidenceInterviewing witnesses and drafting statementsDrafting instructions to counsel and expertsCorresponding with witnesses, experts, counsel and other stakeholdersSupporting stakeholders including vulnerable witnessesDrafting court documentsDrafting legal advice on evidence and case statusThe Successful ApplicantA successful Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor should have between 2-6 PQE in healthcare/regulatory or insurance work.
