As a high-growth and acquisitive business they are expecting to support for over 1,000 additional SMEs each year.Job DescriptionCreate and oversee detailed cash flow forecasting models using Excel and Power BI to inform strategic decision-making and support liquidity management.Monitor liquidity across facilities to ensure optimal cash positioning for business operations.Lead securitisation activities, including structuring funding transactions, negotiating with funders, and supporting facility set-up and compliance.Collaborate with business managing directors to gather cash requirements and align Treasury operations with broader business objectives.Manage bank account administration across the group, ensuring efficient integration and operational alignment with banking partners.Oversee and develop a Treasury team, including a Treasury Manager and two graduates, to ensure accountability in reporting and performance.Oversee and manage IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) and other financial risks, ensuring alignment with the Treasury policy and implementing effective risk mitigation strategiesProvide regular updates to funders, investors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Treasury policies and audit requirements.Manage payment processes, including approvals, bank sweeps, and transaction oversight, maintaining controls and efficiency.Deliver training on cash management, debt funding, and securitisation to non-financial teams to enhance Treasury awareness across the business.Drive continuous improvement and build out the Treasury function, establishing best-in-class practices, systems, and controls for future growth.The Successful ApplicantPrevious treasury experience in a lending or financial services business with knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity management, IRRBB, secured funding or securitisation structures.Ability to manage strategic banking partnersUnderstanding of how to build out a Treasury function in a growing and highly acquisitive business.Excellent communication and presentation skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders,Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritising competing demands with agility.Able to inspire the treasury team, influence the wider business including business MD's and drive positive change and transformationACT/ACCA/CertBalm or equivalent.What's on OfferA competitive salary plus a generous 30% bonus (discretionary based on personal and business performance).Company pension scheme.25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday (totalling 34 days off).Private healthcare for you and your immediate dependants.Techscheme salary sacrificeFree parking.Free breakfast, drinks and snacks.Social events, including summer and Christmas parties.Plenty of learning opportunities; we're passionate about developing our people.2-3 days per week in office in Cheshire.We invite Treasury leaders candidates who are eager to make an impact in the financial services sector to apply.
