Job Description

As the Head of Supply Chain some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business goals and ensure supply continuity
  • Drive performance through strategic planning, inventory control, and supplier performance management
  • Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships to ensure value, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Oversee sales and operations planning (S&OP) to align supply and demand
  • Manage inventory levels to balance working capital and service levels
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce operational costs
  • Collaborate across Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams

The Successful Applicant

The Head of Supply Chain will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Professional Certifications preferred (MCIPS, APICS).
  • You will be able to demonstrate professional experience in procurement or supply chain management gained in a manufacturing environment.
  • Sound understanding of procurement best practices
  • Strong grasp of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control principles
  • Experience with logistics, warehousing, and distribution planning
  • Proficient in Excel and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to interpret supply chain KPI's
