Our client is looking for an experienced lawyer to become their Head of Property for their commercial property department. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years PQE and legal experience within solar/ battery/ EV/ renewable tech. They will oversee the clients commercial property department, managing a small team.

Job Description

  • Experienced in covering all property matters
  • Experience with solar/ battery/ EV/ renewable tech
  • Providing strategic oversight for all property-related matters
  • Managing and mentoring a small team of legal professionals
  • Overseeing property transactions and agreements
  • Representing the company in property negotiations and disputes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Property should have:

  • UK/IRE Qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Experienced in commercial property lawyer covering all property matters
  • Experience to these sectors of law preferable, solar/ battery/ EV/ renewable tech
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Agility to manage a small team
