Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Probate' should have/be:

  • A England & Wales qualifed Solicitor.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services firm.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources.
  • A deep understanding of probate laws and regulations.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
