Job Description

  • Develop and implement regulatory policies in line with organisational objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure policies are robust and fit for purpose.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration on policy initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented policies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks within the public sector.
  • Prepare and present reports and briefings to senior leadership and external bodies.
  • Lead cross-departmental projects to support policy development and implementation.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and forums.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Policy should have:

  • A strong background in policy development and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in the public sector or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
