Job Description

  • Leading the outsourced accounting and finance department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's financial performance.
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion, internal and externally.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Outsourcing Accounting should have:

  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or be QBE)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an accounting department, leadership is key.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lead and mentor a team.
