Job Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Conduct extensive financial analysis to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives.
  • Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
  • Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Financial Planning & Analysis should have:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Accounting or similar field. (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a comparable sector.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
