Job Description

  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the organisation's leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Creation of the future operating model

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Track record of working within a Multi Academies
  • Ability to build relationships and build rapport quickly
  • Commercially astute able to make commercial decisions and recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decision making
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills.
