Job Description

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and audit requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Demonstrated experience in financial leadership within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting processes.
