Job Description

The Head of Finance will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all financial operations and reporting
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial health of the company
  • Providing financial insights and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers
  • Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines
  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
  • Managing relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Reviewing all formal finance procedures and related processes
  • Driving the financial planning of the company

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • Professional finance qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • A strong background in the financial services industry or related
  • Statutory accounts preparation experience required
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within finance
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to easily convey complex technical information to non-finance audiences
