You will be joining at a key growth point in the organisation to grow an existing team of Analysts and define technology and analytics tools to aid strategic decision making. You will work with the Credit Risk team to enhance customer profiling and analytics, direct experience of Credit Risk modelling is not essential but desirable.The role has a highly flexible hybrid / remote working environment.Key areas of responsibility include:Leadership and Management: Overseeing a team of analysts, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and productive. This includes setting objectives, managing performance, and supporting professional development.Strategic Direction: Developing and implementing the analytical strategy for the organization. This involves aligning the analysis work with the organization's goals and ensuring that insights are actionable.Data Interpretation: Leading the interpretation of complex data sets to provide insights that can influence policy, strategy, or business decisions.Stakeholder Engagement: Working closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and other departments to understand their needs and deliver analysis that meets those needs.Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of the analysis produced by the team. This includes implementing robust methodologies and processes.Innovation: Identifying and integrating new analytical tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management to prepare and present performance reports, including OKR and KPI tracking, to the executive team and the board.The Successful ApplicantLeadership and Management: Overseeing a team of analysts, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and productive.
