Job Description

The Head of Commercial Finance will be responsible for pursuing the growth strategy which comprises both
organic growth and growth through acquisition.

  • Leading and developing the commercial finance/FP&A team
  • Provide constructive commercial challenge through financial appraisal of new ventures
    Providing overall strategic financial guidance to the company
  • Managing risk and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders
  • Driving business performance through insightful financial analysis
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on financial strategy
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Commercial Finance will have:

  • A professional accounting qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
  • Relevant leadership experience
  • Strong strategic planning and financial analysis abilities
  • Experience in the real estate and property/construction sector ideal but not essential
  • Excellent risk management and compliance knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
