Job Description

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and produce reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide training for staff on risk and compliance matters.
  • Maintain a current understanding of retail industry trends and laws affecting risk management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise risk management procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Risk Officer should have:

  • Proven experience as a Risk Officer/Risk Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of risk management principles and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
