Job Description

  • Overseeing financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department
  • Implementing and refining financial strategies for the company
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to set organisational goals
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
  • Representing the company in financial discussions and negotiations with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role within the professional services industry
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
