Job Description

  • Provide strategic financial insight and guidance to enhance business performance.
  • Manage and develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Develop and implement financial business strategies and plans.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Conduct risk analysis and financial forecasting.
  • Participate in decision-making processes regarding company investments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and databases.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on improving business performance.
