Job Description

o With guidance from marketing team members and consultants, create content and graphics for
business development materials and pitch presentations, including illustrations, layouts and
images
o With guidance from marketers and consultants, handle the entire process of defining
requirements and briefs, visualizing and creating graphics, and finalizing materials to be client
ready
o Work with marketing stakeholders to create campaign assets such as marketing brochures, web
banners, email and social media images and graphics, and presentations
o Devise and illustrate visual concepts by designing directional layouts of art and copy including
typesetting and related aesthetic concepts
o Develop illustrations and perform image editing tasks using specialized image editing and
desktop publishing software
o Use the appropriate colors, themes, logos and layouts for each graphic to ensure final
product is visually appealing and on-brand
o Proactively review client-ready templates and update graphics and themes to improve their
visual appeal

The Successful Applicant

 Ability to quickly grasp complex business issues and translate them into visually compelling
materials
 Excellent writing skills and presentation-development capabilities; demonstrated ability to produce
succinct, relevant customer focused materials
 Exceptionally strong storytelling and visualization skills
 Must have experience using design software and technologies (Photoshop, etc.)
 Outstanding professional, friendly communication style is required as there is heavy contact with
other firm members
 Experience in a fast-paced, iterative environment
 Excellent project- and time-management skills
 Keen eye for aesthetics and a strong attention to detail
 Professional attitude and service orientation
 Highly effective in working as a member of a team
