They are known for their innovative business model and operate across multiple European markets.Job DescriptionThe Graduate Support Analyst's duties include:Managing the daily operations and maintenance of multiple exchange platforms.Providing first-line support by answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary.Monitoring and enhancing security reference data for admissions, withdrawals, and amendments of securities.Collaborating with departments such as Compliance, Infrastructure, and Sales to ensure seamless platform operations.Creating and deploying necessary changes, troubleshooting issues, and compiling outage reports for incidents.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal Graduate Support Analyst candidate will have some experience in a technical support role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Unix/Linux servers. They should have a strong understanding of UK and EU equity markets, and excellent communication skills.
