Job Description

The Graduate Client Onboarding Assistant's duties include:



  • Accurately process new client applications and maintain internal systems


  • Perform AML and KYC checks to ensure regulatory compliance


  • Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, including post and payments


  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner


  • Support with cheque banking and reconciliation


  • Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Graduate Client Operations Assistant candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. They will demonstrate strong organisational skills, a dependable and collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle routine tasks with care and accuracy. While financial services experience is a plus, it is not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to grow are key.
