Job Description

  • Manage global cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity across all operations.
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Oversee compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on banking and treasury matters.
  • Prepare detailed treasury reports for senior leadership and trustees.
  • Lead on implementing new treasury systems and process improvements.
  • Support audit processes related to treasury activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Global Treasury Manager should have:

  • A strong understanding of treasury management and cash flow forecasting.
  • Experience within the not-for-profit or similar sectors is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools for treasury operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to support strategic financial decisions.
  • A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
