(Majority of: UK, Brazil, Germany, Colombia, Belgium. + Additional experience: Mexico, South Korea, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Jordan).Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.Develop systems (Workday) to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments).Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Accounting teams.Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the Accounting & Finance department.Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant law.Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.The Successful ApplicantA successful 'Global Payroll Manager' should have:A degree in finance, business, or relevant field.Global payroll experience (as per above)Must have circa 2-3 years + experience of processing payroll in Workday!Individuals who can demonstrate longevity and progression in career history.A self-starter, motivated, key attention to detail, pragmatic and solutions focusedUnderstanding of data confidentiality principles.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Strong knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.What's on OfferAn annual salary up to £80,000.The chance to work within a globally recognised, not-for-profit organisation.A rewarding role with real impact in the Accounting & Finance department.A hybrid working model, offering flexibility and balance.Generous holiday leave and company benefits.If you are a dedicated professional who aligns with our mission, we encourage you to apply.
