You'll:Review and manage accounts receivable-keeping a close eye on ageing reports and account balances.Get hands-on in resolving payment issues, working directly with customers to find solutions.Liaise with collections agencies, as well as internal teams like Sales and Customer Service, when payments need that extra push.Own the query resolution process, responding to ad hoc questions and helping to improve the customer journey.Play a part in cash application, credit and invoice processing, and digging into remittance errors-helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes.Support on finance, audit, and continuous improvement projects, gaining exposure to different areas of the business as you grow.This is the kind of role where no two days are the same. You'll build a solid foundation in finance, learn from experienced mentors, and play a valuable role in helping the business deliver great service to its customers.The Successful ApplicantFirst and foremost-you must speak fluent German. That's the one non-negotiable. Whether you've grown up speaking it or mastered it through study and experience, your language skills will be a huge asset here and will be used daily.When it comes to your background, we're open-minded.
