Job Description

As an associate in our team, you will assist with day-to-day management of transaction processes, including the preparation of information packs to lenders and communications with clients/lenders

Support the team with financial modelling and transaction analysis

Negotiate commercial and legal terms with lenders

Develop your origination skills

Contribute to marketing and business development activities

Build a large network of clients, lenders and lawyers active in the fund finance market

The Successful Applicant

Experience at a bank or advisory firm with a specialisation in fund finance or leveraged finance

Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse large amounts of data quickly

String credit and financial modelling skills

Self-confidence to participate in client pitches

Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients, lenders and lawyers
