Job Description
As a FS Regulatory Solicitor you will;
- Provide expert advice on financial services regulation matters
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements
- Work collaboratively with the legal department to ensure regulatory compliance
- Stay updated with changes in financial services regulation
- Develop and implement strategies to manage regulatory risks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulations
- Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory matters
- Prepare reports on regulatory activities for senior management
The Successful Applicant
The successful FS Regulatory Solicitor should have:
- A Practising Certificate in England & Wales
- A thorough understanding of financial services regulation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
