My client is a household name in the publishing and advertising sector, responsible for many well-known books and media campaigns. With an established finance team set-up they are looking to onboard a new FP&A Manager to get their 2025 off to a flyer and want someone with both sector and industry experience to help that happen. Keen to expand their domestic presence they're looking for someone with a strong track record who can deliver from day one and make a positive impact.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the FP&A team to deliver high-quality financial forecasts and analysis.
  • Design, implement, and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provide strategic advice and financial insight to support key business decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the finance department.
  • Step up when required to offer strategic insights.

The Successful Applicant

The successful FP&A Manager will have:

  • A qualification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and financial insights.
  • Outstanding knowledge of financial forecasting and corporate finance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
  • An enterprising mindset, capable of hitting the ground running.
