To manage the cash-flow analysis and forecasting an FP&A Manager is needed within the finance team of a multi-billion-dollar valued company. This fast-paced role will be highly varied with the individual taking responsibility for the company's strategic financial planning and analysis and will involve lots of senior stakeholder engagement.

About Our Client

Our client is an international, PE-backed, Private School Operator with its headquarters based in central London and a presence in 5 continents across the globe. Working in a multi-billion-dollar sector that has seen some of the fastest and continuous growth over the past 5 years, they are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to maximise their cash-flow extraction and EBITDA to cash conversion.This FP&A Manager position will report directly into the Group Head of FP&A and be directly responsible for the optimisation of cash availability across the organisation by creating and maintaining accurate models to forecast cash flow.

Job Description

  • Be a pioneer of improving cash planning & analytics across the business.
  • Build and maintain accurate cash-flow financial models that incorporate key drivers (eg. sales volumes, collection periods, payment terms etc.).
  • Prepare detailed cash-flow reports and presentations with learned insights for senior management on key metrics and trends.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Provide training and development to Regional and School Finance Teams on cash forecasting and extracting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant will have:

  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • A proven track record within FP&A and managerial experience to support their work.
  • A depth of knowledge in FP&A, Cash-flow Planning, Forecasting, Modelling, Finance and Treasury.
  • Excellent analytical and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven financial modelling skills
