Job Description

  • Driving financial planning and analysis within the organisation
  • Delivering accurate financial reports to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Overseeing budget forecasting and management reporting
  • Coordinating with various departments to compile financial data
  • Analysing financial trends and providing strategic recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations
  • Improving financial systems and processes
  • Leading and developing a high-performing finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful FPA Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards
  • High-level proficiency in financial software
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
