Job Description

  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts and budgets to support business planning.
  • Analyse variances between actual and forecasted results, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
  • Generate reports that highlight key performance metrics for senior management.
  • Assist in developing financial models to evaluate business opportunities.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end reporting processes.
  • Identify trends and risks to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

  • A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Studying towards CIMA / ACCA
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with financial planning tools and software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Knowledge of the leisure, travel, and tourism industry is desirable.
