We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Fleet Coordinator to join a successful logistics company in Sutton Coldfield. This role is fully office based with 4 working days pattern and then 4 days off work.
  • 4 days on 4 days off shift pattern
  • 06:00 - 18:00

Our client is a large organisation in logistics and are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join their team in Sutton Coldfield.

Job Description

  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and service of vehicles within the fleet.
  • Ensure the fleet's operations align with the company's logistics strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations related to transportation and safety.
  • Develop operational efficiency metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives for fleet personnel.
  • Manage fleet-related vendors and suppliers.
  • Contribute to budget development and oversight.
  • Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and costs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience working in logistics and transport industry
  • Can work in a fast paced and pressured environment
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good excel skills
  • Can commute to Sutton Coldfield
