Job Description

  • Oversee and manage financial risk within the company.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and produce analytical reports.
  • Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on risk management practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as required.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision making.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations in the Financial Services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Risk Officer should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
