You will support the team of financial advisers by managing client portfolios, preparing documentation, and ensuring all activities comply with regulatory standards.Job DescriptionAssist Adviser by generating quotations and preparing the necessary documentation for client meetings - Stage 1 & 2 plus Review Meetings e.g. Factfind, Client AgreementsSupport post client meeting by processing all the paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents have been returned and signed the client(s)Prepare 'Process' checklistsPrepare new business illustratons and lettersPrepare 'Reason Why Letters'Monitor and follow up on all actions from the client meeting, including unsigned documentationEnter details of new business onto the 'New Business Register', ensuring all details are completedMaintain Model Portfolios on a monthly basis (in house and insurance companies)Use the Smart Search system to carry out AML checks for clientsProcess new business and submit to the insurance company in a timely mannerProcess any changes from the Review meeting, ensuring Factfind is updated and retained on fileCarry out investment purchases/switches as per Adviser recommendationsMaintain the 'Review' register for all active clients and ensure client service levels are achievedEach month collate a list of clients due for review the following month. Review the list with the relevant AdviserMaintain client files by carrying out department filing/scanningManage own diary and Adviser diary, arranging client appointments as and when requiredAssist with projects, when requiredProvide assistance, when required, within wider organisationThe Successful ApplicantAn ideal candidate will have experience in providing detailed administrative support ideally within a financial services company or similar regulated environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and be competent using Microsoft packagesWhat's on OfferThe role is based full time in their Liverpool City Centre offices.
