Our client is a large-scale organisation with over 3000 dedicated employees. They are committed to providing innovative solutions and are recognised for their superior quality services across the UK. Based in Keynsham with this role actually being required only 1 day per month, largely remote.

Job Description

  • Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and business advice to the senior management.
  • Lead and manage all financial processes within the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve business performance.
  • Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide financial expertise in business decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Due Diligence Manager should have:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified
  • You'll be Audit trained and have a minimum of 12 months experience Transaction Services or M&A experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively.
