The business is the market leader and renowned for delivery.Within the UK, the business is in a high growth phase and also transforming their processes and controls and are subsequently looking for a new Financial Controller position.Job DescriptionThe Financial Controller will be responsible for:Leading and mentoring their teamPreparing the monthly management accounts and board packsPartnering non-finance leaders to understand the resultsPeriod-end closeReviewing all reconciliationsPreparing the annual statutory accountsLeading and assisting the annual auditCashflow managementSupporting integration and developing processesMaintain and improving a robust control environmentAd-hoc as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be:A fully qualified accountant from a top practice (ACA/ACCA) with 5+ years PQEExperience in a similar financial control roleStrong technical finance skillsPrior people management experienceStrong Excel skillsTeam playerWhat's on OfferThe Financial Controller role comes with a competitive base salary of £100,000-120,000 depending on experience, bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
