Job Description

  • Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial statements and business activity reports.
  • Work on Group Reporting and Subsidiary Accounting where necessary
  • Participate in financial audits and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
  • Review financial reports for accuracy and detail.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Implement automation and process improvement strategies
  • Provide support to the wider finance team as required.
  • Be willing to pick up new skills and responsibilities where required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Accountant should have:

  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within industry or practice
  • Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • A keen interest in process improvement and automation
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
