As Financial Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting commercial decision-making, and helping to build a scalable finance function as the business continues its growth trajectory.

About Our Client

We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed Software as a Service (SaaS) business headquartered in Central London.

Job Description



  • Prepare monthly management accounts and assist in board reporting


  • Ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts


  • Support year-end statutory reporting and audit process


  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis


  • Develop and improve financial processes and systems


  • Liaise with external advisors including auditors and tax consultants


  • Work closely with commercial teams on business performance insights



The Successful Applicant



  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)


  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP / IFRS)


  • Ideally trained in practice


  • Experience with clinets in the SaaS, technology, or PE-backed space is a plus


  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong Excel skills and experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Xero)
