Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices for the Accounting & Finance department.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update internal systems regularly.
  • Support month-end reporting by preparing relevant documents and data.
  • Handle queries from suppliers and internal departments professionally.
  • Assist in preparing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
