Job Description

  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.


  • Lead day-to-day finance operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and General Ledger (GL) functions.


  • Manage a team of finance professionals, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, and ensuring high performance.


  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.


  • Monitor and improve financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.


  • Oversee compliance with company policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, HR, and IT to support business operations and projects.


  • Drive standardization and automation initiatives to improve finance service delivery.


  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and process integrity.


  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior leadership.


  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and financial systems upgrades or implementations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Operations Manager should have:

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.


    • Proven experience in managing teams and leading financial operations or process improvement initiatives.


    • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in Excel.


    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities.


    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
