Job Description



  • Support the preparation of materials for lenders and coordinate term sheets, assisting in managing real estate loan transactions from initiation through to closing.


  • Manage lender communications, including covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and the loan draw process.


  • Coordinate investor approval and reporting processes, including:


    • Preparing monthly narrative updates for investors


    • Reviewing and approving job cost variance reports in collaboration with the accounting team


    • Responding to investor inquiries regarding variances and overall project status


  • Work with the internal capital markets team to structure and close equity investments; manage investor draw down and utilisation requests.


  • Provide financial modelling support for all real estate transactions.


  • Ensure compliance with internal investment committee and Board guidelines.


  • Oversee the review and approval of all documentation related to debt and equity transactions, working with internal and external legal teams. This includes reviewing key real estate documents such as leases, construction contracts, loan agreements, and entity formation materials.


  • Monitor the progress of real estate development projects and deliver updates to senior management, lenders, and investors.


  • Support real estate acquisitions, asset management, and property dispositions.


  • Maintain and update deal tracking tools to monitor performance across the portfolio.


  • Prepare both scheduled and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.


  • Report directly to the Finance Director.

The Successful Applicant



  • Background in finance, accounting, or operational roles


  • Proven experience in financial analysis and modelling


  • Exposure to real estate investment and development processes


  • Strong understanding of the financial components of real estate transactions


  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions


  • Strong attention to detail and a diligent, thorough approach to work


  • Solid understanding of core accounting principles


  • Able to clearly communicate complex financial and technical information
