Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsWorking for one of the world's largest property development companies.Working with the FD & senior stakeholders to improve company reporting process.About Our ClientOur client is one of the largest privately owned industrial developer, operating across the globe with a client list of over 2,500 international, national and regional companies.Job DescriptionSupport the preparation of materials for lenders and coordinate term sheets, assisting in managing real estate loan transactions from initiation through to closing.Manage lender communications, including covenant compliance, reporting requirements, and the loan draw process.Coordinate investor approval and reporting processes, including:Preparing monthly narrative updates for investorsReviewing and approving job cost variance reports in collaboration with the accounting teamResponding to investor inquiries regarding variances and overall project statusWork with the internal capital markets team to structure and close equity investments; manage investor draw down and utilisation requests.Provide financial modelling support for all real estate transactions.Ensure compliance with internal investment committee and Board guidelines.Oversee the review and approval of all documentation related to debt and equity transactions, working with internal and external legal teams.
