Job Description

  • Manage and maintain accurate service charge accounts.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the team on service charge matters.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of yearly budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Participate in financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and development of the finance department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant educational qualifications in finance or a related field.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of service charge accounting in Housing Sector.
